From the office staff to the PA's they make their patients so comfortable and inform them of the best plan to fit their needs. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a fantastic Dermatologists.
Unfortunately we were patients here for a very long time and felt we were treated very unfairly. My daughter has vitiligo and we were going in twice a week for laser treatment and were paying a reasonable cash fee. From one day to the next, without explanation or warning, they raised the rate on us from $40 to $275 per treatment making it unattainable to us. Kind, professional, little to no wait time.
We have been going here for over 12 years- 7 of us in our family- and rarely, if ever have they not only been on time but most times we have waited a minimum of 45 minutes even when we had. 7:30am appt. Yesterday, our son had an 11:45am appt. with #nadinesoros and at 11:30 they called my wife to ask if he was coming. Really? Before his appt. time?
