I was a patient for years and had a good experience with the doctors but not the office staff. I always pay my bill in full after my appointment but they say they sent me a bill in the mail, I never got one. After years as a patient they sent me to collections for a $70 bill. As soon as the collections agency called I paid the bill immediately, $70 isn't worth hurting my credit even if I believe the bill is incorrect. I will never use them again. I hope it was worth $70 to loose mine and my familie's business.
