Doctors are excellent but office staff not so much. Lot ‘s of socializing going on with front desk staff. I arrived 10 minutes early with my husband for back to back appointments. I gave receptionist both our names and my husband was called in immediately. I waited almost an hour then told the receptionist I had to leave for another appointment. Her response was, You never checked in.

Horrible service! I was waiting for my appointment for two months and then received a call from the clinic saying that my appointment was canceled! Without explaining any reasons! I'm working full time and it is very difficult to get a day off for me to see the doctor. Administrator was rude and she didn't even apologize for all problems they caused. They don't care about people at all!

Current patient- called for a prominent rash on face. Any Dr any location-was told Jan 6!!That is almost 3 months away! Why have a practice if all 5-6 of the MDs can’t see a patient? until 6 weeks out!!!! seriously a legit question. is it Medicare? I feel for you get paid nothing but where does it leave us over 65?

Continually told me they were refilling my prescription as I called over and over again for an entire month and ran out, was told it would be filled in 24-48 hours over and over again, eventually had to get extremely agressive with the receptionist to fill me my prescription and she told me they couldn’t do it?? Staff members continually gave me false information. Outrageous.
