My family and I have been going to this practice since 2018. Never had a problem. The doctors are amazing and kind. The staff is super knowledgeable and patient. Love that this office is tech savvy, and I can do most things in an app or text. You don’t have to spend time talking on the phone. Will hopefully keep going to this office, but at least there’s also an Oakland office if I’m ever in need.
I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Jason Wang at Dermatology Center of East Bay. Despite paying a $50 copay through the app, I was told I needed to pay again upon arrival due to an ‘error.’ My 11:20 AM appointment ran late, with no communication from the staff. Dr. Wang’s bedside manner was off putting he and the assistant appeared visibly uncomfortable examining my eczema, making me feel judged.
