1 star for this place. Not for the doctor or dermatology, but because of the lack of knowledge and bookings of the front desk. First of all, waited 3 months for this appointment. This was due to the fact that only “certain dermatologists” were pediatric and I needed my 2 year old to be seen (not emergency) Understood, I would wait the 3 months. Fast forward to today. I went to this dermatology because I was showing concerning symptoms on my hands. Dr Cohen was very welcoming, careful and knew exactly how to handle the situation. The staff were also very friendly and professional. I truly recommend this place. Thank you Dr Cohen!
Called today to make an appointment, first question was what insurance do I have? After I told her, she said all the doctor’s first appointments are in February. That’s not going to work for a dermatology issue.
Accepts new patients by appointment - great staff, comfortable waiting area, quick wait time once signed in, and a fabulous doctor.
