Went to see Dr. Yee this afternoon at her Lewisville clinic. The front desk girl greeted me. The ipad is clean. The instructions on the ipad is easy to follow when filling the medical info. Dr. Yee and Ms. Jennifer, Rn, both are very patient listening to my concerns. Dr, Yee answered all my questions with professional knowledge.
Worst customer service ever complain to management they never even returned the phone call Dr Yee was good associate was very rude
The whole process for me felt really rushed. Only saw the Doctor for what felt like not even a minute. She blabbered to her assistant about all these medications when she took a 10 second look at my skin. She left the room after not even being there for 2 minutes. I felt so confused not knowing if I should keep my skin routine or change it, I also had to ask about all these medications and what to change in my care routine to help my skin. I was greeted when I arrived. The office staff was friendly and courteous. I had very little wait time. Dr. Lee was pleasant and professional. She took the time to inquire if I had any concerns. She also took the time to get to know me. Great experience!
This visit most definitely felt like I was a cash grab to this practice. My visit was very rushed to tell you that the doctor stepped in for a total of 2 minutes and walked out. I didn’t get any knowledge or calming information regarding my issue. I had to ask the assistant to bring in the doctor because I didn’t finish talking to the provider about my concerns.
