For those who are curious, this practice has permanently closed All locations. After calling for a month with no luck, I drove by the office and there were 2 signs posted on the door that they had to close and to seem treatment elsewhere. Very unprofessional to not at least send letters to people.

I don't know why they cancelled my appointment they just said unforeseen reasons they had to reschedule my appointment but never did been almost a month and they have not rescheduled or let me know if they're still in business or not or even suggested a different dermatologist to pick up where they left

Alicia and Jamie are super great, sometimes there's a wait, but everyone is really friendly, so it's not a big deal.

This place is INSANE. I called this Tuesday made a appointment, they had availability same week! I thought wow amazing.. I get there waited from 25 minutes, ask the guy at the front desk if I need to fill out any new patient paper work!! FIRST RED FLAG.. then waited over a hour to be rush in a room for 5 mins Funny part of the story I’m 5”8 plus sitting on an exam chair I’m a tall female this petite 5”2-3 was checking my scalp for 2 second and automatically said go buy these pills off of Amazon you don’t have anything that n... read more
