Abruptly closed unable to get records
I’ve been trying to reach the office for the past couple of weeks and no call return. I called again today but their vm is full and couldn’t leave a vm.
This office closed abruptly one week after my son had a in office medical procedure that required stitches on February 7, 2023. I was told the office would be calling back to reschedule the appointment, I never received a follow-up call. I called back end of February, and was told the business was sold, and pending new owners to take over. Son still has the stiches hanging out of the healed incision. I'm considering legal action!
Was going there for over 11 years, I have severe psoriasis and need my medication, went to my appointment to get my refill so I can continue my injections and there is a sign on the door CLOSED PERMANENTLY!!! All locations I can’t get my prescription, or test results or even my documents to take to another office !!!
I have been trying to get through on the phone with this office for a few hours to make an appointment for a new patient. The phone just rings and rings, no one answers then it prompts you to leave a voicemail that says “inbox is full at this time”. This is so unprofessional and definitely a horrible first impression for a medical office. I may just pay out of pocket and go somewhere else.
