My first experience was very positive. You’re greeted with a friendly staff and appreciated how everything was explained to me up front regarding any treatments. Dr. Schiavo was very kind and understanding. I’m relieved to have found a great office for future visits.
Dr. Schiavo provided a highly professional and thorough examination of areas of my skin. No abnormalities were found. I am grateful for Dr. Schiavo’s competence and exceptional healthcare that she and her staff provide.
My first visit and staff was welcoming. Dr. Schiavo made me feel comfortable during very first skin check. I did have a very minor procedure same day and she explained in detail what was happening,/why/how and what to expect after. Very clean office. Definitely recommend Dermatology Center of Columbia.
When I checked in at the front desk, the staff member insisted on keeping my driver's license and insurance card. When I asked her why, she said it was clinic policy. I got in for my appointment in a timely manner. Dr. Schiavo was professional, thorough, and friendly. The nurse stationed in the room was also top-notch. All of my questions were answered.
