Met with Brittany in a followup appt to evaluate progress in skin condition. She was very thorough in re-explaining the possible causes contributing to the condition. Think it's up to me to implement the changes daily to support the medications recommended. Believe progress has been made and will evaluate again in 3 months.
I really appreciate the care and the honesty Dr Schaivo provided during my visit. She really focused on me and not trying to get to the next patient.
I love the Dermatology Center. I have seen Dr Schiavo and Brittany. They are both excellent ! My wait time for all my appointments has been excellent. Yesterday I had an appointment, had to wait over an hour, my actual procedure only took 10-15 minutes. I was just about to go reschedule my appointment when I was called back. We will see how my wait time is when I go back in 6 wks. I am disappointed that no one said they were so sorry for long wait time. My husband met with Brittany Reed, PA-C for his first ever dermatology appointment. Sierra was the assistant. Both were so friendly, informative, efficient and professional that my husband was immediately at ease. It was a great experience.
