I am only sorry I couldnt give half a star. The previous reviews were obviously given by the owners. Tak the opposite of everything said and you will be halfway there.
I went to Dr. A because I had an annoying skin problem that wouldnt go away! The office was clean and the staff was very friendly. I was nervous and kinda embarassed to be examined but Dr. A was so nice. She really took the time to listen to my story and wasnt judgmental at all! She gave me some really good advice actually, and I shared it with my friend who is going through the same thing (too personal to share here, sorry). My family and I have been going to Dr. Arsenault for many years and it seems like her practice only gets better over time. Her front staff is always very helpful and polite on the telephone. The medical assistants are also knowledgable and help you feel comfortable. And of course Dr. Emily is wonderful to work with. Every time I come she gives me lots of direct eye contact and really LISTENS to my problems. Some doctors are real quick to leave the room but I never feel rushed at Dermatology at Lakewood Ranch. if you need to see a dermatologist, look no further than this group. They are the best in the business, each and every person that works there. Ive been going regularly (melanoma patient) for years. I have other doctors for other ailments and Dr. Arsenaults group is the only one I go to with confidence that Ill receive thorough treatment and excellent followup.
I couldnt say enough good things about my first visit with Dermatology at Lakewood Ranch. Dr. Arsenault ran on time, performed a very thorough examination and was very clear with her diagnosis and treatment plan. She has a kind heart and its clear that she loves what she does. I especially liked how great she was with my kids, even the baby.I also loved Dr. Arsenaults staff.
