Dr Weltman acted like he was in a comedy act and didn't take me seriously at all. I'm a Veteran and the V.A. sent me to have my scalp checked out as I was having bad problems the month before but it had cleared up mostly when I went to his office. My expectations were that he would at least look and offer some advice or maybe check me to see if I were allergic to something, his advice was to get in the shower and lather up my hair with Tjel (which I am using) then get out with the shampoo in my hair for 5 min.
