Worst doctor's experience I can remember. They clearly do not care about their patients and I wish I'd checked reviews before scheduling here. None of my concerns were addressed. I received a bill from Derm VA which was extremely high and when I called in to question the bill I was given a mind boggling answer. During the exam I was told that checkup was covered by my insurance so I was asked if I had any questions. So I asked a question about a condition that I was there to be treated for. However when I called in to ask about the charge, I was told that just to ask a question "required a higher level of decision making that wasn't covered by insurance".
