My dermatologist is amazing, attentive, and I have no complaints. However the last time I visited the older woman in the front (receptionist) made me so uncomfortable because I was late. I called ahead of time to let the office know I would be late due to traffic. I arrived within the time limit. She gave me a lot of negative energy/rudeness because she had a busy day (which she told me) even though I had called prior.
