Front receptionists have an attitude problem that very clearly needs to be addressed. I called to schedule an appointment and had to grab my insurance card got told “this is a call center” and she can’t stay on the phone with me. Mind you it took me 1 minute to go and grab my card. Called again, another receptionist tried go in on me about my co pay and how I wouldn’t be prescribed medicine if I don’t schedule recurring appointments which doesn’t make sense at all. My dermatologist is amazing, attentive, and I have no complaints. However the last time I visited the older woman in the front (receptionist) made me so uncomfortable because I was late. I called ahead of time to let the office know I would be late due to traffic. I arrived within the time limit. She gave me a lot of negative energy/rudeness because she had a busy day (which she told me) even though I had called prior.
