Not only are they always professional, they are always upbeat, on time, amazing bed side manner, and I've had to cancel with them like 2 hours before my appt twice becuz of an UpperResp Infection and they never get mad or charge me. She just told me to feel better! It might just be my favorite doctor's office of all time! 🤗🤗
Kudos to Anne from Dr. Jordan's office. I had a serious problem with some staff members. I wrote a FB comment about my situation. I received a call right away from Ann and explained to her the problem. She immediately got to work and had my issue resolved within hours. In addition, she made a follow up call the following morning to ensure that everything was resolved and it was. Thank you Ann. That's the service I'm come to expect from Dermatology Associates.
Margarita was absolutely the best! My daughter actually looks forward to seeing her! The office staff is very nice and accommodating
