I usually check reviews before going to a SPECIALIST however I was short on time and needed my daughter seen as soon as possible and she had next day appointment which should have been the first RED FLAG. However I had the absolute WORST experience with Dr.Chappelle very rude very condescending did not even do a proper ASSESSMENT. I have never left a review before but I’m leaving one here because I had such a terrible experience with this place. I saw Dr. Chappell and it was an awful experience. Going to any doctor for a condition, especially a dermatologist where you have an external, visible imperfection or condition, is already very vulnerable. Dr. Chappell was rude, dismissive, judgmental, and made an already vulnerable situation honestly quite embarrassing and distressing.
