RIP OFF This "Doctor" charged me ONE HUNDRED FOURTH NINE DOLLARS to tell me he could not do anything! He never laid a single hand on me, simply looked at what I wanted done and said he can't do it. I then asked him if he still planned to charge for this visit and he said I am paying for his expertise. I requested the billing office to discount or refund the fee and they refused and never called me back when the told me they would. I had to call them a second time. Don't ever trust a FAT doctor!
