i had a lengthy review about Justin misdiagnosing my skin cancer for cherry angioma, the review disappeared, must have found away to get it taken down, lousy practice, never apoligized
Cody is terrific. He helped with the cancer removal on the bridge of my nose with low dose radiation therapy. I didn't even know this was a treatment. After Justin explained to me my options, I scheduled the treatment. It took 5 weeks, it was worth it. Considering the cancer removal on my nose would have taken longer to heal and leave a scare. So, I WAS an established patient for many years here. Seen Justin Loucks on many occasions. I like him a lot, very professional. Unfortunately, I am moving on. The front desk in the Morehead office is just horribly unorganized. No one ever answers the phone. Zero effort from the front desk staff. Almost like I ruined their day by coming in the office.
This place is the poorest excuse for a dermatology office. They never answered the phone and take over twenty four hours to return your call. Because of that, my brother had to go through another biopsy. BEWARE!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!
Poor treatment. Wasted money. I had to let my family doctor remove the problem completely. Twice I’ve been disappointed.
