BEWARE! Justin was fine, problem was with billing. Out $675 dollars because they refused to bill the correct insurance. I repeatedly provided the correct information, 10 phone calls, got nowhere. Beyond frustrating, will continue reporting them to every agency possible.
Justin Loucks, PA listened to my issues and has been the only person who has helped my acne in 20 years of seeing other practitioners. He deserves a raise and I will only see him from now on!
I don’t think patient should be turned away because they don’t have their hard copy of their insurance card. I had a photo image of my insurance card and they had my insurance card on file. Showed up to my appointment and they would not see me. What do you do if someone doesn’t have insurance?
Showed up to my appointment with an image of my insurance card. Unfortunately, I didn’t have my hardcopy because it was in my husband’s vehicle. Instead of allowing me to print a copy of my insurance card they made me leave the office. I feel that there should have been another way to handle this versus just making me leave when I have waited for that appointment for months. Very unprofessional I will find another dermatologist.
