Poor treatment. Wasted money. I had to let my family doctor remove the problem completely. Twice I’ve been disappointed.
They don't answer their phones and they don't call you back.
My first time here and I thought the customer service was great. The Dermatologist that I saw was wonderful! I would definitely recommend!!
Horrible and unorganized front desk staff at the Morehead location. I had my calls ignored for the scheduling of my routine appointment (they had an entire month to return my calls) even as an existing patient with a required monthly visit for my treatment. The front staff is aware that for my specific treatment that I only have a short window that I'm required to have my appointments within to even be able to continue treatment, and they have ignored my calls to have my next appointment scheduled.
