Horrible and unorganized front desk staff at the Morehead location. I had my calls ignored for the scheduling of my routine appointment (they had an entire month to return my calls) even as an existing patient with a required monthly visit for my treatment. The front staff is aware that for my specific treatment that I only have a short window that I'm required to have my appointments within to even be able to continue treatment, and they have ignored my calls to have my next appointment scheduled. Great place wonderful staff
BEWARE! Justin was fine, problem was with billing. Out $675 dollars because they refused to bill the correct insurance. I repeatedly provided the correct information, 10 phone calls, got nowhere. Beyond frustrating, will continue reporting them to every agency possible.
Justin Loucks, PA listened to my issues and has been the only person who has helped my acne in 20 years of seeing other practitioners. He deserves a raise and I will only see him from now on!
I don’t think patient should be turned away because they don’t have their hard copy of their insurance card. I had a photo image of my insurance card and they had my insurance card on file. Showed up to my appointment and they would not see me. What do you do if someone doesn’t have insurance?
