Dr.Kayla,is a great skin doctor,and the Whole staff there are warm,caring people.She is very helpful to me.
Customer service: 5/5 The front desk ladies helped me figure out a lot. Calls: 3/5 Everytime I call I can hardly get through Appointments: 3/5 Far out appointments 3-6 month wait or they get canceled (my experience) but the dr I had was great but no longer there. UPDATE 10/1/2025: it has been a year and I'm getting seen by them again and so far the calling is the same. I have to say, I felt a little dismissed my very first appointment a few years ago. I have been seen 4 or 5 times the past few months regarding a different issue and this was a complete turn around. Kayla Hess has given such a great experience. Absolute beautiful woman. I had to take my kids with me for 1 appointment and she was even amazing then with my 4 year old. Extremely Disappointing Experience I had a horrible experience with Dr. Murphy. During my visit he behaved unprofessionally — interrupting me, not answering questions, rushing through the surgery and voicing his political views. Now I’m left with a jagged, uneven and painful scar. I will never return to this office.
I had the best experience with Kayla and Jada- they were both so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I loved their attention to detail and explanations of what they were doing.
