Lovely practice and staff . I was extremely nervous and anxious for my procedure due to medical history and it was A BREEZE. LOVED Dr. Murphy and his assistant nurse. They kept double checking that I was comfortable and no pain and talked and kept me distracted the whole time and with someone with bad anxiety this was like a hug . Sad to say I don’t need another procedure because they were that great. Highly highly recommend !!
I’m surprised to see so many low reviews. I have went to this office several times now to see Ms. Kelsey Richard and Nurse Alex. They both provide kind and compassionate care. One of the times there was a concern about a referral being worded funny, so they treated me that day and asked that I have that referral fixed to make sure all of my care would be covered at future appointments. If you need a quick appointment or looking for someone to see - this is not your place. You can’t get on the phone with them. It’s absolutely wild that these people do not call back nor can you reach someone on the contact line. When you go to the automated appointment call line and select 1, it goes straight to voicemail. I have had a referral for my daughter for over a month that has been approved. The clinic will not call back. This is a great office from the front desk staff Kelli and the lady who checked me out, to Nurse Kim and Dr. Allison. All so nice and welcoming, make me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Fast wait times too!
Dr.Kayla,is a great skin doctor,and the Whole staff there are warm,caring people.She is very helpful to me.
