I had the best experience with Kayla and Jada- they were both so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I loved their attention to detail and explanations of what they were doing.
Was told the first available appointment was 8:45 at the Jacksonville location. Was willing to drive over an hour to get this appointment as it was as soon as possible. Left early to account for traffic and delays. During my drive I get an automated text message that I need my physical insurance card. I try and call to say I don't have a physical card (my card always gets destroyed also it’s 2025 I use a digital card) but they are closed and it's to late to turn around. Friendly Staff
it's been 1 week I keep calling left messages so many time I have not gotten any return call. the nurses not doing anything only holding their cell phone, talking. ur office so fast to collect payment but u will not get a return called. they need good training on their staff. without us patience they will not get a paycheck. probably, the staff on this Dermatologist clinic gets their paycheck from their parents. no follow up. no return calls.
