Sunk cost at this place - I arrived with painful cystic acne which cropped up during an extremely stressful time in my life. Like another reviewer here, Shelly Tinkelman was extremely rude to me in the end - she was dismissive of my concerns and questions, gaslit me about what we did and didn’t talk about, and went ballistic when I said I was also starting on Lexapro to manage my anxiety and depression.
