My daughter had a mole removed, we were fine when we left, but in the car she started bleeding profusely. The clinic had closed, and it took awhile to hear from a practitioner. We couldn't believe that such a routine procedure could end up as such a traumatic memory for our daughter.
Maureen (Mimi) is fantastic! She made me feel so comfortable through the process of having a mole removed. She was so quick it was painless. She made sure she explained the process and what she did before doing it. Very professional and great manners!

I took my teenage son in for eczema concerns and he had a common wart on his finger. I was so impressed by the treatment he was provided as well is explanation of what was being done and why. They walked my son through everything step by step to keep him at ease and made general conversation to keep his mind off what was being done. I made an appointment for myself for a full scan in a week which is much needed but our local derm was not an option for anything then emergency visits due to poor bedside manners. Dr. Zavell and her staff are professional, knowledgeable, and personable. They don’t leave you waiting around in the waiting area or the exam rooms either which is the way it should be. My only complaint is that Dr. Zavell didn’t tell my wife that I can’t do dishes because of my dry skin.🤪
