Dr. Holder is an amazing dermatologist. She takes the time to check every inch and also does a really good job making sure all your questions are answered. I have to agree with other post, whomever answers the phone at this clinic is extremely rude. It is always the same women and she definitely could use some training on how to treat/speak to patients.
Got a referral from my doctor office for this place for weird lesions on my leg. I'm beyond shocked that they can't get me in until February, 5 months from now.
Cannot say enough good things about Dermatology, specifically Andrea Schneider NP! I have referred everyone I know to her. She’s attentive and proactive and has a great bedside manner.
My son was seen at St. Elizabeth hospital ER day before. He got referred from St. Elizabeth hospital to be seen same day at this location. I called, the lady/receptionist picked up said no way would he be seen same day even with a referral. Then proceeds to interrupt me saying before we continue this conversation any further. I had biopsy on Friday, March 7. This week I saw the on-line report that I was diagnosed with skin cancer. I called yesterday, March 13, to talk to someone. No response. I called today and was told they were making calls. I asked when I would get a call,and she said she didn't know. As of 5 PM, no response again. I will give it to Monday. Ascension's lack of response is unacceptable.
