I had biopsy on Friday, March 7. This week I saw the on-line report that I was diagnosed with skin cancer. I called yesterday, March 13, to talk to someone. No response. I called today and was told they were making calls. I asked when I would get a call,and she said she didn't know. As of 5 PM, no response again. I will give it to Monday. Ascension's lack of response is unacceptable.

The MyChart app is completely difficult to use. Trying to send pictures to the Dermatologist and not having any luck

My wife was seen by Dr Holder. Dr Holder was amazing. However the woman that answers the phone for the dermatology clinic is extremely rude and unprofessional. We have had to call the clinic a few times due to referrals and to get result information. Every time the same woman has answered the phone and is always rude. Dr Holder is worth going to the dermatology clinic but their phone staff could be improved.

They all are doing a wonderful job.i like it when I get to my appointment I only have to wait for a few minutes go in see the dr go over to what I need to do or what they need to do and I'm on my way out.keep up the good work that yous are doing.
