Dr. Frank and Sabrina were kind, professional, and highly skilled throughout my experience at the Institute. Sabrina was excellent with pre-, during, and after care of the surgery. Her skill with injecting needles to numb the area for excision was exceptional. She made sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable throughout my procedure. A+ experience

This review would be 5 stars, as the services this group provided were quick and straightforward and the employees at this facility were personable and respectable. The reason this is 1 star is because I’ve been receiving a bill since October over my last appointment. It shows the service, the portion insurance covered, the PORTION I PAID ENDING IN MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER, and then another line showing the insurance company redacting their half of the payment.
