Dr. Frank and Sabrina were kind, professional, and highly skilled throughout my experience at the Institute. Sabrina was excellent with pre-, during, and after care of the surgery. Her skill with injecting needles to numb the area for excision was exceptional. She made sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable throughout my procedure. A+ experience

This review would be 5 stars, as the services this group provided were quick and straightforward and the employees at this facility were personable and respectable. The reason this is 1 star is because I’ve been receiving a bill since October over my last appointment. It shows the service, the portion insurance covered, the PORTION I PAID ENDING IN MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER, and then another line showing the insurance company redacting their half of the payment. Matt Dettra is absolutely amazing. However the front desk staff have a lot to be desired. My son was a patient for over a year and showed up one day for his appointment and the first thing she said to him was we tried calling you like 10 times we don't take your insurance anymore so you can't go back and be seen today. The attitude and unpleasant demeanor was displayed at ever visit to the point my son felt extremely anxious at ever visit because she had such a negative and rude attitude.
