I had a terrible experience at this place. They charged me almost $600 for a 15-minute visit, during which they barely did anything for my dog. Despite my concerns, they refused to apply ear drops to my dogs infected ear and were incredibly unprofessional when I questioned the effectiveness of the prescribed medication, even going so far as to say, “You’re not a scientist.” A vet should be compassionate, knowledgeable, and willing to address concerns—not dismissive and rude. I really appreciate Dr. Hansen & his team. They are very professional and even though there is a cost for their services, in the long run it saved us money & constant visits to the regular vet.

Very impressed with the staff and Dr Hansen. Staff was very knowledgeable and provided us with a plan on how to treat our Shepherds skin issues.
