Dr Hansen and his nurse , Amelia were not only able to quickly diagnose my pups issue, and provide a simple fix, they were so kind and gentle with her. Offering her soothing and comforting words as they cared for her. It's soooo hard to reach them. They never pick up calls or return them. Emails take days. When I need a prescription refill it's always a whole hassle contacting them :(

Excellent service for my dog. It's difficult to get an appointment but once you're part of the family, the service is exceptional.
I had a terrible experience at this place. They charged me almost $600 for a 15-minute visit, during which they barely did anything for my dog. Despite my concerns, they refused to apply ear drops to my dogs infected ear and were incredibly unprofessional when I questioned the effectiveness of the prescribed medication, even going so far as to say, “You’re not a scientist.” A vet should be compassionate, knowledgeable, and willing to address concerns—not dismissive and rude.
