great personal service! Update: After multiple eczema flareups we took our son to get checked out. Dr. helped us understand the triggers and symptoms and walked us through the treatment plan which has helped. Plus he took care of one of my itchy moles same visit so I don’t have to come back in.
I would give zero stars if I could. I got brought back to another room until the “doctor” was ready waited 20 minutes. When I was brought back to his room, he didn’t even look up at me.i spent a total of 3 minutes in the room with him, first thing he said to me was he already sent me an email of what my rash was. Without even looking at it ! Didn’t ask any questions, if I have tried anything, how long I have had it, nothing! Prescribed me antibiotics and sent me on my way. Doctor and staff was very unprofessional. Doctor wouldn’t even make eye contact with us, was acting very odd & was very rough on my daughter’s skin injury. DO NOT RECOMMEND! I wouldn’t give them not even one start! Place is also super expensive, over charging prices! Honestly very disappointed.
Dr. was not nice, nor curious or effective. He was in a rush due to him already being behind at 9:30. Maybe that's because he has 15 minute appointments. I felt like we were in a race to get me in and out as soon as possible. Would not recommend!
