Worst experience with front desk people I have ever had. They "lost" my appointment and were both rude and obnoxious. Office manager Raphael is worst . Avoid this place as obviously has gone the corporate medical route.
Can't speak to the doctors, but my experience with the reception/front desk staff was horrific from start to finish. When I called to make the appointment, the receptionist did not use the office or doctors' names, so I didn't know if I'd called the correct office. Sound quality on their end of the phone was poor and echoed, so I had to ask for the woman to repeat herself, which led to annoyed/biting responses. They never requested any of my contact or insurance information, which should have been my first clue. I had to cal... read more
