Dr Brittany Wong is first class.
Dr Wong was excellent. The reception staff are so incredibly rude. I will not return (a shame because the Dr was excellent). I had three really rude, disrespectful and unprofessional phone calls with the receptionist. Poor customer service
Rude, Condescending, and Completely Unprofessional Receptionist I’ve had one of the worst customer service experiences with the receptionist named Heather at this place. I called to re-book an appointment for my son and was informed that I needed to pay cancellation fees due to missing an appointment awhile back. I tried asking if there was any way to make amends for the cancellation fees. I saw Dr Brittany Wong for both chronic and acute skin issues she was so lovely, caring and understanding. She took the time to listen to my concerns. A big thank you to the lovely ladies at reception too. Would definitely recommend.
Very disappointed, appear to be scalpel happy, diagnosis was wrong. Follow up communication appalling.
