Horrible experience with their phone system, menu options! I've wasted more time today trying to get some questions answered. I've called 2-3 times since making an appt., it seems, no one knows the answers, they transfer me to another person, to another person. Then today transferred me "to someone that can help answer my questions", only for it to be an option that I need some kind of code/number (which don't even know what they're talking about in the prerecording.....), then I had NO choice but to hang up! Made a appointment over the phone took a day off work to be at my appointment I get there the receptionist had my name in the system but no appointment and could schedule another appointment to a month later my situation was a emergency I highly recommend going somewhere else more professional because they don’t take accountability for their mistakes.
