I switched to this spot after having a terrible experience at another local dermatologist. They are very responsive and care about their patients. Would definitely recommend.
Called for a mole removal appointment. They told me I would have to be seen as a new patient (and be charged for it obviously) but that the mole removal could be out of pocket, and that they would only quote me after they see me for a first appointment. What a joke

I'm giving 5 stars to Victorian Village location because the office manager there (her name was Cara or Kayla, apologies). Point being, no one is picking up the phone at Dublin office and no one returned my calls from days ago... so I couldn't schedule an appointment with Dr. Kirkland. (Get it together Dublin office) But the office manager at Victorian Village location did what she needed to do to help get me on the books and collect payment.
