I'm giving 5 stars to Victorian Village location because the office manager there (her name was Cara or Kayla, apologies). Point being, no one is picking up the phone at Dublin office and no one returned my calls from days ago... so I couldn't schedule an appointment with Dr. Kirkland. (Get it together Dublin office) But the office manager at Victorian Village location did what she needed to do to help get me on the books and collect payment. Dr. Matthew Ferry is one of my favorite physicians! He listens closely to my concerns and provides options. He never seems rushed and always asks at the end of the appointment, "Is there anything else I can help you with?". I appreciate that very much! Also, I love the ease of parking to get to their office in Victorian Village.
The receptionist at this clinic was careless in handling my information and did not fill it out properly. As a result, I had to wait for 30 minutes, which caused a significant delay. Additionally, her lack of attention to detail and failure to inform me about important billing details led to issues with my charges. This experience was frustrating and inconvenient, and I hope to not visit this clinic.
Arrived at 2:55pm for a 3pm appointment. Witnessed 3 patients arrive after me that were all called back very quickly, 1 specifically was called back to see my doctor, their appointment was 45 minutes after my appointment time. 45 minutes later at 3:45pm, I find out there was an iPad blunder and my appointment was marked completed without ever being seen and taking my co-pay?
