The receptionist at this clinic was careless in handling my information and did not fill it out properly. As a result, I had to wait for 30 minutes, which caused a significant delay. Additionally, her lack of attention to detail and failure to inform me about important billing details led to issues with my charges. This experience was frustrating and inconvenient, and I hope to not visit this clinic.
Arrived at 2:55pm for a 3pm appointment. Witnessed 3 patients arrive after me that were all called back very quickly, 1 specifically was called back to see my doctor, their appointment was 45 minutes after my appointment time. 45 minutes later at 3:45pm, I find out there was an iPad blunder and my appointment was marked completed without ever being seen and taking my co-pay? I've been going to dr kindrick for many years,shes the greatest
Performed two local excision for me. Gave me 5 different prices for the entire bill. Refused to actually explain what I was being charged for. My first excison became infected and scarred x3 times as bad as it should've. Erin Blevins refused to review my emailed photos of the infected excision but instead asked me to come in so I could be charged again.
