Unfortunately with the San Diego sun, my husband and I have had the need for a dermatologist for many years. Dermatology Medical Group of North County has consistently given us the best service, from the accessible Patient Portal, the staff who greets you and the superb doctors like Dr. Alice Liu. Billing, prescriptions and paperwork are never a concern. Treatments are state of the art. This is the best facility in Southern California!
DMG has been my dermatology group for several years and all my experiences have very good, rarely have the wait times been long. I use the offices in Oceanside and Encinitas depending on availability and recommend both offices highly.
We found this office highly professional, friendly and efficient. The staff was extremely cordial .. The wait time was miminimal. The examination was quick, thorough, not invasive or embarrassing. Very knowledgeable technician who took time to explain things to the level this 76 year old non medically trained person could understand. I'll be going back eagerly.
