I received excellent service from Dr Cai today. He had to remove a small growth on my eyelid. He numbed the eyelid and I did not feel any pain or discomfort. He explained that medicare did not cover this “ cosmetic procedure “ and the cost, and asked me if I wanted to proceed.. no pressure. I did and it was quickly done. I arrived early, and only waited a few minutes past my scheduled appointment which is rare these days . Sincerely, great reception, these women handle over 60 patients a day, many of which are down right rude and impatient as i witnessed myself. This is a free service paid by the government and i am trully greatfull, thanks ladies, and thanks Doc for your patience and great smiles, people are quick to complain, but hear is a little love and appreciation, thank you for your service.

My 10 year old son sees Dr. Guirguis and I have no complaints. She’s knowledgeable efficient and helped me talk to my son when he didn’t want to comply with the medication regimen. The office is clean and easy to find parking. However not much seating when there’s many appointments booked.
