Dr. Cai is very attentive and takes the time to explain everything clearly in both French and English. I had facial surgery with him, and the results were excellent. I was left with almost no visible scars thanks to him.
I had an extremely disapointing experience with this clinic. I came to discuss a serious, potentially life-threatening genetic mutation for my child. I had an appointement and refferal and medical history records. The information I needed to share and receive had nothing to do with a physical exam or the child beeing present, it was about medical history and risk factors. My experience with this place has been 10/10. She seems to get a bad rep but I find the receptionist to be friendly, helpful, and professional. Dr. Cai is fantastic and I am happy to have a doctor who is kind and knowledgeable. I had a horrible rosacea flare up for over a year and he helped get it under control (while breastfeeding) within a month. Had an appointment booked 6 month ago, drove for 1h, show up and the dermatologist is not there...had an email to confirm my appointment 2 days prior. Call before to make sure before showing up. Had a possible reschedule the next day but still wasted 2 hours driving in total.
