I had very bad experience with dr Justina Guirguis.first day for my hair loss, in front of me ,she did google and read it for me so I was shocked. She did some injection on my head and gave me solution to apply .after afew days my forehead started to do reaction with all vein coming up and my forehead with uneven skin so i stoppedsolution.I did bangs to cover my forehead. 2 months later I had another app , she said she never seen the reaction like that and gave me medication to take it for my hair grow up. My wife had a very positive experience from start to finish. Receptionist was very polite and the doctor was efficient, polite and helpful. For other patients giving one star reviews because maybe a receptionist was not up to their standards or a little rude : get a life and review based on your whole experience. You’re there to be treated by a doctor , not to be chatty and have a cup of tea with the receptionist. Learn how to write a good and accurate review and stop complaining.
Took 2 busses to get there, wait for 1 hour and the Dr. Saxena spoke 1 minute rushing. Send me a cream saying that I can used always and at the pharmacy told me different thing.

Great service, everyone was really nice. I saw Dr. Saxena and she was absolutely wonderful. I was at ease with her, she was so polite, professional and friendly, which just calmed my anxiety right away. She was very thorough with her explanations. Thank you to her and the whole team.
