Called today (August 5, 2026) to book an appointment with my dermatologist and was told the next available appointment is in January. How is that acceptable? My skin is painful now. Skin conditions don't conveniently wait five months to be treated. I was told that if it was urgent, I should go to the emergency room. That's not a realistic solution. Dr. Cai takes the time to listen to you, is attentive, and very knowledgeable. Great doctor overall.
I visited this clinic once. I made an appointment for 15:00 and was able to see the doctor just at 16:37. Doctor and was not able to help me and said me to come back when I have more symptoms. It happened again to me, so I decided to call the clinic. The receptionist told me that my doctor is on vacation and I can have an appointment the next week, but the symptoms can go away till that time and doctor will send me home without any answer again.
