This was my first time here or having this procedure done. I was treated professionally, yet friendly and engaging by every person I encountered. And talk about being on schedule! I was called in on time and talked with the nurse, she numbed me and within 5 minutes the doctor was there ready to do her thing. We had a fun conversation about the art in the office (animals - my favorite) and she chatted during the procedure which helped ease my nerves. Dr Popovsky is amazing. I had some concerns and she worked out a solution with me. I trust her with all my skin care needs.
Everyone of the staff members are Friendly, Courteous, Kind & go out of their way to make you feel like you are their top priority .Dr Popovsky is just an angel here on earth, this was now the 3rd surgery I've had,along with wound reconstruction .she is a calming sourse,& explains what she is doing all along the way, which gave me a peaceful calmness that was much appreciated in such a stressful situation .
