I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing ANYTHING from this company. I purchased two DermapenHome devices, one of which was a gift. The device I kept has not worked from the very first use. I contacted customer support immediately and was instructed to download the app and register the device to troubleshoot the issue. My wife (who does not use Google, so therefor I am writing this experience/review on her behalf) has been using the Dermapen 4 in her salon for quite some time with a loyal base of returning clients. Unfortunately, the device has proven to be highly unreliable. Too often it simply doesn’t function as it should.
