Hola, realmente no acostumbro a dejar reseñas negativas, pero la verdad es que este lugar me decepcionó mucho. Yo agendé mi cita para hacerme un facial hace dos semana. Ellos dijeron que tenían disponibilidad el jueves 28 de agosto a las 10:30 am y yo confirme que podía ir , hablé con mis jefes para hacer mi turno en la noche ( tener en cuenta que los turnos en la noche son los más malos ) para poder ir a la cita y todo marchaba bien. I’ve been coming to this spa since 2022 and I absolutely love it! The atmosphere is relaxing, the staff is always professional, and they truly make you feel cared for. They use high quality organic products, which I really appreciate, especially since I have sensitive skin. They offer not only amazing facials but also massages and many other treatments that make every visit special. If you’re looking for a place to relax, recharge, and be treated with kindness and professionalism, I highly recommend this spa.
