I had an allergic reaction to the eye serum after buying all their products. I called the number for the company 5 times and even left a message for the operator!! I finally got virtual help, stepped away to write it down and they were gone. I cannot initiate another conversation. For such a good and expensive product they do not stand behind it and customer service I truly believe they try to wear you down. I found a good product with one bad reaction. What a shame this is how they take care of problems!!
After a frustrating product order situation from the Orlando learning loft (which does not exist any longer, but all links and maps still worked leading me into this situation) Joanna from the FTL location worked hard to make everything right! It was in no way her fault, however she was able to get my products to me in Orlando at lightning speed!
