Really disappointing and frustrating, especially after the amount of time and effort I have already spent dealing with this. It's important to review two things: 1. The delivery should be to your home, as that's the value proposition on the website. My package was sent to be picked up at a hospital, which puts my health at risk. If that were the case, I would have bought it at the store. 2. The website says that a gift would arrive with the shipment, but unfortunately, nothing arrived. Excellent customer service! Dermalogica has truly set a very high standard for other companies when it comes to customer satisfaction. Karen was amazing, very detail,oriented and thorough in everything she did. She handled everything meticulously and made the entire experience smooth and reassuring.
