Paid for a 12 month laser package for $1800, only had 3 sessions and was told the Victoria Point clinic was closing but I could go to the Stones Corner clinic after advising that I couldn’t travel to stones corner and asked for the remainder of my package to be refunded, I have received no response. I have tried calling, tracing, emailing and writing to them on social media. Do not recommend this clinic.
I used to really enjoy going here, Katie was very knowledgeable until the Victoria Point clinic closed down and I decided to book at the stones corner clinic after a few months break from getting laser. Katie messaged me to reschedule my appointment which I was fine with until I got no further correspondence of when my appointment would be after multiple attempts to contact. I paid a deposit for my appointment also which I cannot get back now.
Great place and a good price for laser. Very clean and staff are very professional.

I just finished posting my results to my Facebook letting everyone know I’ll never go anywhere else again!! Best experience of my life. Iv done a few and nothing tops Dermalese. Katie was 100/10.
