Must say I find the girls phone manners very very very rude. One in particularly . Think I’ll be going elsewhere for my treatments. Really disappointed.

Was so disappointed with my last package facial purchase. After having a very rough and hard facial for only 20 minutes instead of half hour, i contacted tanya to request that i didnt get the same consultant for my next visits and why. She informed me its not possible to choose who does it on thursdays and fridays!!! Really!! Was the only days i could get there. This was my first beauty appt for years and I definitely discovered what I’ve been missing out on. I’ve already booked my next appointment and can’t rate the experience high enough, walked out feeling a million bucks
