Faulty equipment, terrible customer service, they list products for sale on the site that they don’t even have in stock, no communication, and still no refund. If you value your business, you won’t purchase from them
For anyone considering purchasing from Derma Jem if NOT hesitate. I will continue to make my large purchase with them. I had a small issue from typical wear and tear on my unit, the customer service and repair technician Caesar was absolutely FANTASTIC! We had several mailing issues due to post office error and Caesar went above and beyond to get my unit back to me in the most efficient manner possible. I have never had this type of unwavering support from a company!! Well done Derma Jem!
Nothing but problems with this machine . I have replaced the jars about 5 time and I’m really unless having to replace the want for the 3rd time after only using distilled water not even the serums because they been out of stock for over a year
I ordered serums over 7 mos ago that supposedly have been on back order… i have asked for a refund several times and have yet to receive it ? In my book that’s considered fraud I’ve been in business over 22 years and have never seen anything like this and it almost seems like they know when you call because they never answer and it says sorry we’re closed or busy with other customers “hmmm not likely” then you leave a message and never get a call back do not recommend dealing with this company i completely regret it! Not working as it should - completely unreliable and a waste of money. I purchased this machine in April 2024 and began having issues within five months, after only using it four times. I first reached out on September 3, 2024, to the person who trained me, but it took two messages before I was told she no longer worked with the company and I’d need to contact someone else.
