terrible terrible, they stole money don’t use this company .. awful service, and contact center, they took my money and then the laser i wanted was not available, and then i had to get a more expensive one, then i said no, and nobody is giving me any answer abot my money.
Since I bought the hydrofacial machine, I only had problem. Then they repair it but with no luck. Finally, the sent me another machine and still had problems with it.
Trash. Trash. Trash. Horrible customer service. Faulty equipment. Don’t waste your money. Multiple defective parts on a machine less than 4 months old. Takes forever to get replacements, parts or supplies. Some people are still waiting over a year for delivery after payment. Also, it looks like the owner is being sued by both of her business partners. That should tell everyone everything they need to know.
I can't say enough good things about DermaJEM! They have an incredible team behind them from their customers service, my sale person, and the shipping team. The quality of their machines are amazing, and I am in love with my new Element Pro. Special, Thank you to their star rep.
