Realmente estoy muy decepcionada de esta empresa. Soy una cliente que les compró de todas sus máquinas hace 4 años atrás, las compré en Estados Unidos para no tener que esperar por si se me dañaba algo, porque obviamente todas estas máquinas la hacen en china por un precio más económico del que yo se las compré a ellos aquí. I purchased a hydrodermabrasion machine in 2022, and this has easily been one of the worst investments I’ve made for my business. Do not purchase anything from this company. I used to love them and working with them and now it is impossible to accomplish anything or speak to anyone. I ordered a part over a month ago for my machine. Tried emailing several times to inquire on when it would ship, received no reply. Left several messages, received no call back. Was finally able to speak with someone and was told that they did not receive their order but assured me it would be shipped on Monday. If I could give 0 stars I would. They aren’t even deserving of one. How I wish I had looked at reviews before ever deciding buying a machine or anything from this poor excuse of a company. Not only am I still waiting on solutions from a year ago but now a month for a jar. No one answers their phone or replies to DM’s.
