If I could give 0 stars I would. They aren’t even deserving of one. How I wish I had looked at reviews before ever deciding buying a machine or anything from this poor excuse of a company. Not only am I still waiting on solutions from a year ago but now a month for a jar. No one answers their phone or replies to DM’s. And when you finally do get someone on the phone they give you excuse after excuse instead of being honest. Buyers beware you will have to ship this machine back at least once a year to be repaired. Also expect delays with getting parts. I ordered a new wand and serum jar back in January on the fifth. We are coming to the end of February and still nowhere to be found the company has a lack of communication. I truly, truly wish I did more research before trusting in this company and buying a device. It has been the worst mistake I have ever made in owning my business. I am honestly shocked they are still in business somehow. The lack of customer service, the lack of communication is unbelievable. These people will just straight up ignore you if you need any customer service after purchasing your machine. They overcharge for everything, their products are ALWAYS “back ordered”. I am a business owner who purchased professional equipment from DermaJEM, and unfortunately my experience after payment has been extremely frustrating. In December 2025, I returned an IPL device as part of an agreed exchange for an Nd:YAG laser. I was told the new device would arrive within 4–6 weeks and to plan for late January. Trash. Trash. Trash. Horrible customer service. Faulty equipment. Don’t waste your money. Multiple defective parts on a machine less than 4 months old. Takes forever to get replacements, parts or supplies. Some people are still waiting over a year for delivery after payment.
