Our experience with Dermaesthetics has been disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend pursuing certification or bringing their line into your spa. ( unfortunately if I could I would give 0 stars) It’s been over a year and a half since we took the course and paid more than $2,000, yet we have never received our certification despite reaching out multiple times. Love their products & the staff is super helpful 👌. Have my products on auto-ship which I would suggest. Since they're only open Mon-Fri from 9-5 (closed from 12-1 fir lunch) unfortunately not open on the weekends.
I had email Dermaesthetic Beverly Hills agent named Jackie Chang. She never replied back to me if I could have gotten a replacement for the item that I had ordered that got stolen. I already had emailed proof to you and to USPS. I still haven’t received my refund until now, or any response back. I emailed her on May 27 2025. Very unprofessional and unhelpful. Won’t ever buy again. Thanks for nothing!
