Samantha is amazing! Not only professional I struggle with anxiety when sitting still too long and we chatted the whole time and time flew by!! Can’t wait to see the results from my facial!!
I booked an appointment off of their online list of services nearly 3 weeks in advance. They texted confirmation then texted me reminders three different times, including this morning. Then today, one day before my appointment, they texted me again to say they don’t actually offer that service right now. No explanation. They suggested a different service, not for tomorrow, but in case I’m ever interested some time in the future. I replied to their text with questions, NO response! Very poor service!
