I had such a wonderful experience at Dermadoc’s with Dr Balfour, nurse Jayne and the lovely reception team. From the moment I arrived, everyone was so warm, welcoming and professional. Dr Balfour was absolutely lovely and caring, thorough and reassuring, and I felt completely comfortable throughout my appointment.
