The WORST laser hair removal – My friend and I had an exceptionally bad experience at this business. First, they do not have walls that go all of the way up to the ceiling or a door for the room that you go into for the lasering. So, be prepared to hear everything that is being done on the person before you, and for the people in the waiting area to hear everything that is happening to you as well. Pleasantly Surprised! – I will definitely be coming back to this clinic. The staff are extremely nice, honest people, and they really take care of you. I am removing my tattoos from my wild teenage years and DermaSpa Laser Clinic has been AWESOME. I have only had 2 treatments, but they have lightened considerably! I am very pleased. Exceptional Service – I just had my first Laser treatment. Victoria was absolutely amazing. She was very professional and did her best to make me feel at ease. She told me what to expect. She knows how to deliver top notch customer service. The atmosphere is serene and very private. I am so pleased to have found this clinic. Unexpected Side Effects – The appointment started out well enough. My father had microdermabrasion done followed by a light chemical peel without any complications. On the drive home, my father mentioned some sensitivity on his forehead and a couple of hours later he had huge red welts on his forehead. I called the clinic, but no one picked up. Their staff was very professional and took plenty of time with me explaining the variety of services and helping me select the best one for me. Very friendly and professional clinic! – Very different than other laser clinic/ medical spa's! From their laser hair removal to zoom teeth whitening Derma Spa has the best price with the most personal service around. If you call and compare, or even visit other places you'll know. Derma Spa gives straight forward and free consultations to know exactly what you can expect. Definately a refreshing experience compared to similar places that aren't very personal and just seem to be focused on what's in your pockets!
