This place is a SCAM. I’ve paid upfront for my laser session and halfway through, I call today to confirm my appointment only to find out this place was sold and the number the new people gave me keeps going to voicemail. This is absolutely unacceptable, no point of contact, no notice was given, nothing. She just sold the business and the new people don’t have any clue about anything and said it’s “not their responsibility.” Horrible, this is the last time I do business here.

Watch out for their scam. They advertise a price but at the end of the job charge a higher rate. It’s very pathetic how the lady rip of customers with a different rate than advertised

I've been coming to Derma for years now; my eyebrows need to be threaded pretty regularly, and I was so pleased with their work that when they moved from their University location, I chose to keep going to them rather than try to find somewhere closer! I like to ask for Rizwana because she always does such a beautiful job, but all of the ladies who work there are incredibly skilled, friendly, and warm. From my experience, they genuinely strive to make their clients happy.
