Hello my name is Sharda. I underwent a VI Peel treatment for facial pigmentation/probable melasma at Elase formally known as Derma Health and Skin Laser Clinic. Prior to the treatment, we had a consultation for the treatment options there. I went in at the beginning of 2026 to get a treatment on a scar on my forehead. They upsold me a package including BBL laser treatments saying that it would be half price for everything ($2,400-ish) I agreed, even though I didn't really care about the BBL treaments, just thought I was getting a deal, and I pre-paid the entire amount. Well after my last CO2 laser appoinment today, they charged me an extra $400 claiming that there was no discount. I paid more than I wanted to for treatments I neither needed nor wanted. Went in for a consult and met with Kristen who was great and spent lots of time with me talking about my goals as a 52 year old woman wanting to do preventative care. Since then I have had 2 facials with Brandy and they were both awesome. She is great about educating me on what different products can help with so I can make an informed decison on what I'd like to add to my skincare routine going forward. Highly recommend!
