I’m so surprised by all the good reviews. I booked a 60-minute technical facial and it was the worst facial and service I’ve had. My therapist barely spoke to me at all and didn’t even introduce herself. She asked my main skin concerns, but when I told her, she gave no response. I called on the spur of the moment to see if I could have one of the estheticians look at a few milia I have and whether they could be removed. Derma Bright Clinic offers a complimentary assessment to provide feedback on what procedure would be best. Kadi did the assessment and said they could be removed.
