I do not recommend anyone using this doctor. She has no bedside manner and is incredibly rude. When I tried to have a conversation with her she told me "You need to stop talking and listen to me". She had no desire to try and figure out why I was having hair loss along with extreme irritation to the scalp and only wanted to blame everything on "COVID Stress". Unethical billing practices, and no results.
I remember her as being very kind. Several appointments and numerous scripts for antibiotics later I still have a mole. I just wanted it removed. 3+ years later I have been sent to collections over $112.79 for something that to my recollection has already been paid. Still have the mole, and a slightly lower credit score.
Dr Gutiérrez is incredible. Highly recommend!
