I booked a road race experience in April for an event in September, was told I would receive a confirmation call the week before the event which I never received. I called in the day before & was told that the event was cancelled because they went out of business & was asked to send by email my address so that they could issue a refund cheque so I sent it. No follow up from them at all to confirm that they received my address or that they have sent the cheque - now 4 messages & 3 emails later I'm still not hearing back from ... read more

I booked and was to attend drag racing in May. Two days before the event I got a call saying it was cancelled and to call them to rebook a new date. I tried numerous times to reach them via phone and email and all went unanswered. They finally answered their phone and told me they were no longer running the drag racing events and to email my address so they could send me a refund cheque. No cheque ever came.
