We had our fence installed by Derkson several years ago and initially had a good experience, which is why we reached out to them for a minor repair. Unfortunately, our experience has been beyond frustrating. I first contacted them in October 2023 about repairing two damaged panels. They indicated they would get to it once their fall rush ended. I am quite delayed in writing this review but it’s been on my mind since my experience with Derkson Fencing back in April/May. I was looking online to get a dog run (chain link) beside my house. The first thing that caught me off guard was when I had been looking at each of the companies online, out of the blue I received a text from Brian at Derkson asking if there was something he could help me with. Not impressed with their service. Booked time off work to meet them at my place. They never showed up and ignored my messages. Avoid!
These guys are fantastic. They did a double yard fence install for me last year and did and excellent job. This sound in the melt, there was some shift and one panel came apart. They came back today and fixed it as well as tuned up the gates and replaced a few caps. Highly recommend. Great work, great pricing!
