I'd like to start by first saying Dr. Derksen is a great dentist. I previously had a tooth pulled here and the experience was fantastic. Unfortunately , my recent experience with the front office means I won’t be returning. I scheduled an appointment for tooth pain and was told I needed a root canal and some fillings. When trying to schedule, I was told I needed to pay a $900 deposit because I had missed two past appointments. After experiencing severe pain, they got me in right away. Best dentist and friendliest staff ever. I've been going there since Dr Gallagher was there...excellent replacement for him.

Dr. Derksen is extremely patient and gentle with my young ones! The entire staff is beyond amazing (my children especially love Ms. Jordan!!) We will forever be patients!
Best Dentist in town…. Had a cleaning today , hygienist had soft hands , teeth feel great ! Dr Derkson will fill my broken tooth soon . Been a patient for quite some time now and would not take my family anywhere else . Best service ever !!!
