poor service – I took my lawnmower to this place, the man told me it's gonna be 3 weeks, but 2 months later the machine is still not nix. They never call and let you know what need to be done. eventhough they claimed that they called and left the message. I came back and took the machine home. My brother helped me to fix this machine and it cost only 60 dollars. Therfore do not take your machine to this place.
Responsive to concerns – Took my push lawnmower in and was told it would be about a week before it was looked at. After about a 3 weeks I get a call saying they called me twice before about it being ready for pickup. I have both caller ID and voicemail and I never received a call from them before that day. When I finally get it home the lawnmower wouldn't start. I called to complain but found them responsive to my call. They had me bring it back in and found that there was an issue and they took care of it.
Helpful and honest! – I have taken business to Derita Small Engine Repair several times and have been satisfied every time. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Service could have been better – When I realized that the self propell feature on my Honda Lawn Mowerw as not functioning properly, I thought I had to get it serviced. I dropped of my mower for servicing at 'Derita Small Engines' place, but I forgot to explicitly mention that the self propell mechanism was not working right - It was working only in the first gear and on paved surfaces only.
